（中央社記者蔡沛琪台北23日電）鴻海董事長郭台銘不滿遭名嘴周玉蔻指曾捐新台幣3億元政治獻金，提告求償。台北地院今天傳喚立委柯建銘作證，柯建銘庭前面對媒體表示，開完庭再說。

柯文哲1月接受電子媒體專訪，表示選前某企業家拿新台幣3億元給他的對手。後來周玉蔻上節目爆料，點名郭台銘就是「3億男」，鴻海委請律師，控告周玉蔻妨害名譽，並提出求償1000萬元。

台北地院評議後裁定傳雙柯作證，4月13日先傳喚台北市長柯文哲，他當天出庭作證表示，是在選前聽柯建銘轉述，柯建銘告訴他，「郭台銘已經捐給對手3億元」，因此打消要見郭台銘的構想。
